Why is the JTA ignoring Israeli casualties in Gaza?

The JTA reports that things are 'heating up' along the Gaza border (Hat Tip: Sunlight).
After two years of relative quiet since the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza, Israel's southern border with Gaza is again becoming volatile.

Last week, Gazans fired a rocket into Israel that landed close to a kindergarten in a kibbutz near Ashkelon just as parents were dropping off their children. Although no one was hurt, nothing like that had happened since the war.
But it's not true that 'no one' was hurt.
A Kassam rocket landed near a kindergarten in a kibbutz near Ashkelon on Tuesday morning, injuring a 14-year-old girl. Four more Israelis were treated for shock.
So why the cover-up?

It's all about the leftist narrative... must be maintained even if the good places for Jews to live (not leftist places) are wrecked.

And just so you know, the same thing these leftists want Israeli civilians to sit still for, they also want Americans to sit still for.

Juarez is right up against the border at El Paso. A spell west of there, a U.S. Border Patrol guy was gunned down (shot dead in the back) and barely a peep was heard. Anyone who objects is smeared as a bigot.

Why the cover up? Because even among some Jews, it is acceptable to kill Jews. The question is, "Why?"

JTA has always been a leftist propaganda outfit... in that respect its no worse than the rest of the Israeli media.

People forget that southern Israel was bombarded for nearly a decade by Arab terrorists before the Israeli government's hand was forced by an impending election.

The Goldstone Report in no small part pushed those Jewish victims out of sight and out of people's minds.
